Easter Bruch 2018

We thought we would try something different this year. As I’m sure you’re aware, Easter Brunch is one of the busiest days of the year. And every year guests ask for a “Buffet” style brunch. 
Typically buffet style service is lower quality food. Restaurants love it because it’s cheaper (good for the bottom line)
While it’s probably easier for us to orchestrate (which we like) there is typically a TON of waste (which we hate).
This year we are gonna try it. We’re gonna use the same quality of ingredients we always use and offer a buffet style menu so you can try a few things for one low price.
